The SPM-250 Sauce Pre-made Pouch Filling Machine is an automated system for picking, opening, filling and sealing pre-made pouches. Designed for sauces, pastes and products containing particles or fibers, it supports high-throughput packaging with minimal manual intervention and integrates metering, agitation, heating and quality-control options to meet food-industry production requirements.

Main Functional Features

• Automatic bag handling: robotic arm or suction-cup bag pick-and-open system compatible with stand-up pouches, flat pouches and zipper pouches; reduces manual handling.
• High-precision metering systems:
• Piston metering: servo-driven with repeatability approx. ±0.5%–1%, suited to sauces and pastes.
• Rotary pump: low-shear filling for particle- or fiber-containing sauces to preserve texture.
• Anti-drip nozzles: suck-back / anti-drip design to prevent stringing and contamination at the seal area.
• Sealing options: heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing; optional gas-flush or nitrogen filling to extend shelf life.
• Hopper agitation: slow scraper or spiral agitator to prevent layering, sedimentation and bridging of viscous materials.
• Heating/insulation (optional): heated hopper and piping for high‑viscosity or heat-sensitive formulations to maintain flowability.
• PLC with HMI: large touchscreen, multi-recipe storage and one-touch parameter setting for filling volume, sealing temperature and line speed.
• Inspection & rejection (optional): empty-bag detection, weight check and automatic rejection of nonconforming units.
• Hygienic construction: 304/316L stainless steel contact parts and frame for food-compliant cleaning and corrosion resistance.
• CIP cleaning (optional): online CIP for pipelines and filling heads to reduce changeover time.
