Overview
The Pre-made Pouch Filling Machine for granules is a fully automated packaging unit integrating bag picking, opening, filling and sealing. Designed for pre-made pouches (stand-up, flat, zipper, 4-side seal) and for handling granules, chunks, flakes and free-flowing materials. Metering options include measuring-cup volumetric, electronic combination scale and linear scale, paired with a robotic bag-feeding mechanism for continuous automatic operation from bag supply to finished product discharge.

• Quality control (optional): Empty bag detection, weight check, metal detector and automatic rejection to maintain finished-product quality.
• All-stainless steel construction: Product-contact parts and machine frame in 304/316L stainless steel for food-grade hygiene, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
• Modular station design: Independent modules for bag handling, dosing and sealing for easy maintenance and future functional expansion.
