Overview
Fully manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel with no painted parts. The machine is mounted on a stainless steel cabinet with swivel castors. It automatically seals polyethylene and polyfoil tubes with hot air and automatically closes metal tubes. Automatic tube loading; supplied configured for one tube format to be specified.

Components

• Single-fill hopper, 30 L, in AISI 316L (mirror polished) for product contact.
• Dosing group with mechanical adjustment.
• Volumetric filler 300 ml with plunging injector.
• Hot-air closing unit: hot-air nozzle for sealing and external cold-air cooling of the tube; water cooling for the mechanical clamping group.
• Alternative closing: teflon-coated hot-jaw unit with marking and trimming cutter, water-cooled.
• Metal-tube closing unit: 4-blade folding group for single/double fold and stamping unit.

Closing functions

• Hot-air sealing for polyethylene and polyfoil tubes with external air cooling.
• Teflon-coated hot-jaw sealing with marking and tube trim cutter (water-cooled).
• Mechanical folding and stamping for metal tubes (4-blade folder).

Automation and devices

• Automatic orientation device with photocell to align tubes for sealing/marking; configured for a tube format to specify.
• Automatic tube loading system with basket feeder and introducer, set up for a specified tube format.
• Automatic full-tube ejection device.
• Complete set of 18 PET tube bushings/holders.
• Integral safety guards compliant with CE regulations.
• Tube counter.
• Number-holder clamp with 10 characters (0–9).
