Product description
Volumetric, semiautomatic dosing machine designed for thick, creamy and non-foaming liquid products. Available as a table unit or mounted on wheels for mobility. One or two dosing pumps with adjustable volumes to suit production needs.

Configuration and dosing ranges
Frame options: table or wheeled. Dosing pump configurations: one or two pumps. Adjustable dosing volumes available:

• 5 to 80 cc
• 5 to 200 cc
• 10 to 300 cc
• 20 to 500 cc
• 50 to 1000 cc
• 1000 to 5000 cc

Option to fit a counter/programmer for doses beyond 5000 cc up to 10 liters.

Dosing modes
Alternate dosing with pedal control and continuous dosing with automatic device.

Construction and materials
Stainless steel frame and product-contact parts. Teflon seals. Alternative contact materials available for products incompatible with stainless steel.

Operation and feeding
Pneumatic drive.
Product feeding methods:

• 30 L or 50 L hopper with single or double jacket (single for cold/warm, double for temperature maintenance). Optional mixer and level control (sensors or float).
• Connector for direct suction from a storage tank.

Performance
Output rate typically from approximately 300 to 1500 pcs/hr depending on product viscosity and container characteristics.
