Overview
The RTS 15 tube filling and sealing machine is a stainless steel production unit designed for automatic filling, dosing and closure of polyethylene (PE), polyfoil and aluminium tubes. The machine combines volumetric dosing, hot-jaw sealing for plastic tubes and mechanical folding/stamping for metal tubes. It is mounted on an inox cabinet with swivel wheels and delivered pre-equipped for one tube format to be defined.

Components

• Single 28 L hopper in AISI 316L stainless steel (product-contact grade).
• Dosing group with mechanical variation.
• 300 ml volumetric doser with plunging injector.
• Hot-jaw closing group with Teflon-coated jaws.
• Hot-jaw closure with stamping and cutter for tube trimming; closing group water-cooled.
• Closure group for metal tubes: 4-blade folding unit for single/double fold and stamping unit.
• Automatic ejection device for filled tubes.
• Complete set of 14 PET tube guide bushings for one format.
• Integral safety guards compliant with CE standards.
• Tube counter.
• Number-holder clamp with 10 characters (0–9).

Additional information
Machine suitable for filling and sealing PE, polyfoil and aluminium tubes according to compatible formats. Supplied pre-equipped for a single format; format conversion kits and dosing ranges are available as required.
