The HLB-9000-0.3/0.6/1.2/2.4/45 precision metering pumps can be used for the metering and conveying of fluids with viscosity of 1-100000 centipoise and allowing mild corrosion, such as: binders, additives, juices, nutrients, etc. The pumps can be used in a wide range of applications including general chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries etc. At present, the precision metering pump is mainly used in the glue supply system of the slot coater for accurately and stably providing glue for the coater. Technical features The pump body is composed of three finely ground plate-like parts, which are assembled by positioning pins to ensure accurate control of the matching clearance; the axial working clearance of the finely-ground parts is small, which greatly improves the volumetric efficiency of the product; unique design of the pump renders impulse-free flow output, ensuring a stable and repeatable flow rate even under conditions of varying temperature, viscosity and pressure.
