This is a single horizontal radially split volute pump; the pump body is designed as foot support type, axial suction and radial discharge. View from motor end, the rotation direction is clockwise. Double volute pump casing; this series pumps with a caliber of more than 80mm are of double volute, with small radial force and little shaft flexibility which can prolong its life span with low consumption and high efficient. Impeller mechanism is divided into two types: closed impeller (standard type) and opened impeller (ZAO type). Closed impeller is well-adapted to work condition with high efficiency and low NPSH; opened impeller is suitable for transportation of steam-water two-phase liquid and liquid containing high concentration of solid particles (more than 10%) with lowNPSH. Shaft seal is mechanical seal (single-end face or double-ends face). When the pump uses an integral heavy bearing support, it can be air cooled or water cooled while temperature T>250°C.
