DescriptionSP38M is a monosilicon multivariable pressure sensor engineered for flow measurement. It simultaneously measures differential pressure, static pressure and temperature. The sensing element uses high-precision monosilicon technology. Differential ranges are available from 0–400 mbar up to 0–10 bar with an accuracy of 0.1% FS; maximum static pressure is up to 40 MPa.
