Description

SPI19S pressure sensor adopts imported high stability piezoresistive sensor die encapsulated to SS316L base. External pressure pass stainless steel diaphragm and internal sealed silicon oil to the monosilicon sensor die. The sensor die doesn't contact the measuring medium directly which forms to isolated structure, suitable for various liquid medium. • High stability monosilicon sensor die. • Voltage excitation. • Isolated structure, suitable various fliud. • All in 316L stainless steel. • Hastelloy C, Tantalum diaphragm material optional. • Measuring range: 0~10 kPa...60MPa • Power supply: 0.8-2.0mA • Electrical connection: φ0.5mm kovar pin or 100mm silicone rubber soft wire • Bridge resistance: 3.2k 0.5k Ω± Ω • Respond time(10%-90% ): < 1ms • Insulation resistance: 500MΩ/500VDC Industry application • Industrial process control • Gas, liquid pressure measure • Aviation and navigation inspection • Refrigeration equipment and air conditioner
