Description

The output planetary carrier of the reducer adopts an integrated nut to eliminate axial clearance design. The front and rear bearings are distributed in a large span within the integral box body, forming a super-strong integrated structure to ensure high torsional rigidity, super-strong radial load-carrying capacity and excellent axial load-carrying capacity. The one-time processing and completion process is adopted to ensure extremely high coaxiality. Compared with using cast boxes, round steel, etc., it has higher strength, rigidity and toughness. - Gear Features: True hard-faced straight gears. The gear material adopts 20CrMnTi high-quality alloy steel and is processed by carburizing – grinding tooth technology. The hardness can reach HRC62. Compared with gears using ordinary steel 40Cr, 38CrMnTi only with surface nitriding treatment, it has higher hardness, rigidity, toughness and wear resistance. The 3D Simulation design and analysis technology is adopted to respectively modify the tooth profile, tooth direction and follow-up of the gear to reduce the meshing noise of the gear and increase the service life of the gear train. - Application Features: The large-span bearing arrangement outputs an integrated planetary carrier structure, making the product have high-strength radial load-carrying capacity and excellent axial load-carrying capacity, and high rigidity.
