Servo Press Electric Cylinder are manufactured by UNI Technology. It offers large load capacity in many model options. These are best for applications you want high force but low speed is not an issue. It’s of high precision but high efficicy. Meanwhile, absolute and incremental encoder are choosable. It feedbacks the position to your software. As a result, you can control the position precisely. RS232/485 protocol is for speed control. Pulse/CanOpen or other control ways are also available. Omron NPN/PNP sensors will be provided to limit stroke. The sensors will be lightened when it reach its limit stroke.
Note:
Please consult us about the rated load and speed of actuator. We will calculate basically on gear ratio and motor data. Gearbox will be needed when high force, low speed requested. Many high precision brands of gearbox are available.
All UNI High Force Electric Servo Cylinder will be equiped with motor,drive and cables. Premium brands of motor are affordable now.
You can surely use your own motor or gearbox. Please just send us the drawings and details. UNI engineer team will design and custom the servo actuator for you.
