The PSS-L electro-hydraulic workshop press is the ideal machine for a wide variety of mechanical processes: it is in fact suitable for straightening sheet metal, assembling and disassembling bearings, bolts and washers, and is perfect for stamping and material deformation operations. The PSS-L press is equipped with a hydraulic piston with a stroke of 350 mm and a two-speed control unit: a rapid descent speed (under 10 mm/sec) and a working speed for optimal control of the machining operations on the piece. The heart of the PSS-L press is its monoblock steel frame that guarantees exceptional resistance and the ability to absorb even the highest pressures. This robustness makes it suitable for intensive use in maintenance and repair workshops, as well as in the most demanding industrial plants. The large front opening facilitates the positioning of long or wide workpieces, improving operating efficiency. The hollow worktable of the PSS-L allows for machining at heights, offering greater flexibility. In addition, a work support table is available as an optional equipment. The lifting of the work platform is managed by a chain system connected to the hydraulic cylinder, and the locking occurs via sturdy steel tubes, which eliminate any unwanted movement, ensuring stability and safety. The PSS-L electro-hydraulic workshop press is also available in the version with a mobile cylinder with transverse movement. This feature is extremely useful, allowing you to move the cylinder laterally and position it precisely on the exact point of the piece to be worked, without having to move the entire material. This optimizes time and increases the precision of your operations. A handle is positioned on the flange of the cylinder and the piston is moved manually. Once the optimal position has been found, the cylinder can be blocked by means of a special knob that slides along a pre-drilled metal grid. As an optional alternative, the cylinder can be moved transversally using a handwheel. The flange slides along a rack and can be stopped at any point. This variant makes piston movement much easier and more precise than the standard handle version.
