Description
The MD842 is a linear actuator assembly designed to interface with traditional stereotaxic instruments using a 5/16" rod clamp. It features a stable aluminum probe/pipette holder mounted to the actuator's non-rotating push rod. The actuator provides up to 50mm of smooth linear travel and utilizes a closed loop drive for precise encoded feedback to the included DR1000 digital readout. For full operation, a Siskiyou motion controller (sold separately) is required, with options including the MC1000e-1 push button controller, the MC1000e-1/4RT dial controller, or any MC1000e series controller.
