The AERIS-P series by SDT Air has been specifically designed for industrial applications requiring high airflow rates under medium-pressure conditions.
Its System 4 configuration—with the impeller directly mounted on the motor shaft and the motor supported on a rigid base frame—ensures permanent alignment, maximum power transmission, and a significant reduction in maintenance requirements.

Design Evolution and Materials
All ferrous metal components of the fan are manufactured from carbon steel, ensuringstructural robustness and long service life in industrial environments.
The casing is adapted to the equipment size to optimize strength and durability:
- Sizes up to 630: high-precision lock-seam construction
- Sizes from 630 upwards: continuously welded construction for maximum structural rigidity

- Incorporation of a front support foot to minimize vibrations
- Optional up to size 500
- Standard from size 560 onwards
Backward-Curved Impeller
- Backward-curved blade impeller with self-cleaning profile

- Field-adjustable orientation up to size 630
- For sizes 710 to 1000, orientation is factory-defined to ensure assembly integrity
Operating Conditions – Thermal Execution
- Standard execution: suitable for continuous operation with air up to 130 °C
- High-temperature executions: achieved through specific configurations including cooling impellers, material selection, and design solutions adapted to thermal expansion
These executions allow continuous operation up to 250 °C while maintaining the structural reliability of the equipment.
