The sensor's default configuration has been optimized for the detection of human blood in clear liquids on transparent flexible plastic tubing and has been developed for the high sensitivity demands in dialysis. Two Configurations for Manifold Specifications - The BLD03/I meets high safety standards and features a serial or logical interface. Simple commands allow sensor testing and sensitivity adjustments. - The BLD03/M has been developed strictly according to the software requirements of the international standard IEC 62304:2006, AMD1:2015, class C and meets highest demands for patient safety and reliability. Intelligent Optical Clamp-On Sensor As a clamp-on component the non-invasive sensor with remote electronics is suitable for all tasks that require the optical detection of transmission differences of blood in clear liquids on transparent flexible plastic tubes.
