A5 - Round Rod Multi-Point Latching Systems As a simple, economical add-on option for many Southco single-point latches, these fixed-rod latching systems can be included in your original cabinet design or retrofit as needed. The added latching points at the extreme edges of door panels provide extra security and strength for longer doors by eliminating pry points, flexing, and rattle. FEATURES AND BENEFITS The deadbolt design of the A5 Multi-Point System provides simplicity of installation and operation. A complete system includes one latch/actuator and two complete rod assemblies (including rod, guide and keeper brackets, and fastening hardware) Two or three latching points controlled from a single point of actuation Matching rod systems are available for multiple latch styles, including cam and compression latches Standard rod lengths in stock, custom rod lengths available Keylock or padlock latch styles provide added access security AVAILABLE OPTIONS Flammability rating for rod guides and keeper brackets: UL94-V2
