Description

Overview
  • Sliding-head automatic lathe designed for bar turning with tool-post support, enabling multi-operation cycles including drilling, tapping and backworking. Supports up to ø23 mm (option ø25.4 mm).


Key features
  • 7-spindle cross drilling unit located at the rear of the front-side tool post; up to 5 cartridge positions for diverse tooling.
  • Thermal sensors positioned across the machine provide high-accuracy thermal displacement compensation for stable machining.
  • Oversize specification option permits machining up to ø25.4 mm (1 in).
  • Power-driven tools and cartridge-type attachments increase process flexibility for drilling, tapping and driven tooling operations.

  • Turning tools: 7 or 8 positions; Front-end working tools: 4 or 5 positions; Rear-end working tools: 4 or 5 positions.
  • Power-driven tools: front up to 2 tools; backworking power-driven attachments up to 4 tools. Cartridge type: 5 positions. Sleeve holder options for multi-spindle configurations.
