Overview
Compact, high-spec sliding-head CNC lathe from STAR MICRONICS designed for precision small-diameter parts up to ø10 mm. Optimized for simultaneous front and back operations and high-speed multi-process production of bar-fed components.

Features
  • Gang-type front tool post with cartridge-type 5-spindle cross drilling unit providing four cartridge positions for flexible tooling and multi-process front machining.
  • 6-spindle backworking unit with Y2-axis control arranged in three rows and capable of mounting up to four power-driven tool units to separate front and back processes and reduce cycle time.
  • High-output main and auxiliary motors deliver increased cutting capability at high spindle speeds, optimized for small-diameter part processing.
