Overview
Designed to transport gas cylinders and bottles in industrial and commercial workplaces, the CTS01 trolley enables operators to move cylinders safely with reduced manual effort. A certified ATEX version is available for use in explosive atmospheres.

Features

• 304 stainless-steel construction: corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
• Four-wheeled layout with two small front roller wheels: main wheels carry the cylinder weight; front rollers assist vertical loading and negotiating steps.
• Safety chain to secure the cylinder during transport.
• ATEX option (CTS01-Ex): earthing/continuity design for zones 1, 2, 21 and 22.
• Low manual force required: typical operating force <15 kg.
• Low‑maintenance design suitable for frequent industrial use.

Upgrades and options

• CTS01-Ex: ATEX-certified variant supplied with Declaration of Conformity for explosive zones 1, 2, 21 and 22.
• CTS02 (lifting wires): wire-rope lifting sling option for overhead crane or hoist lifting to platforms or mezzanines.

• CTS01-Ex wheels: aluminium-centred 160 mm wheels with conductive elastic rubber tyres (ensures electrical continuity/earthing).
• Can negotiate steps and door sills.
• Compliance: CE / UKCA. ATEX / UKEX available for Ex-rated models.
