Machine Features:
◆ The seat adopts box-shaped structure design, with an ultra wide trail span, allowing the X and Y axis to run continuously
and form a stable parallellism with the tabletop, and achieving precise machining of both large and small molds.
◆ The square design of the machine head (BOX) can withstand external forces from the direction and maintain precise
machining of the original positioning. Ensure that the precision of heavy-duty electrode machining is not affected.
◆ Three axis adopts Japanese Panasonic absolute servo motors, which is fully digital controlled and equipped with an
encoder. It can feed back the electrode operation to the drive at any time, allowing the drive to control the motor's operation
more accurately. With fast response, small rotational inertia, smooth operation, low noise, no radio interference, no shaking
phenomenon and easy maintenance, the machine performance is effectively improved, with characteristics of strong
sensitivity and controllability.
◆ X, Y, and Z axis all use Taiwan grinding-grade ball screws.
◆ X axis and Y axis are designed with full-enclosed reinforced slides, and X-axis rail distance is greater than Y-axis stroke, to
ensure the parallelism between the entire stroke of X/ Y axis and the table.
◆ Through long-lasting and stable liquid temperature management and configuring the processing cooling system, ensure
the machine processing will not be affected by external conditions or processing status changes to maximize the machine's
general adaptability to various processing conditions and processing accuracy.
◆ Complete peripheral facilities, such as automatic fire extinguishing devices and surface sensing devices for processing
fluids, to provide a safe environment.
