FRUIT WASHER Designed for large granular fruits such as mango, gavava, ananas, peach, apricot, plum, apple, pomegranate etc... • Construction is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. • There is a water filtration st. steel wire mesh sieving cartridges and st. steel centrifugal water circulation pump at the end of the pool and this pump sucks filtered water and pumps to the start of the pool. • The pool inside bottom will be covered with perforated st. steel metal sheets. Air pipes will be placed under this perforated st. steel sheets. And there is a motor-driven blower which pumps air to these air pipes. • There is a variable speed controlled modular plastic belt (width approx. 60cm) discharge elevator starting at the end of the pool. • There is a cleaning manhole lid and drain valve at the bottom of the pool. • There will be electrical control panel of the electrical motors. • Pool dimensions: length: 3meter * Width: 1,4meter * depth: 90cm. • Introduction of the height from the ground: approx. 115cm., Elevator product shots height from the floor: approx. 250cm. • Approx. overall Dimensions: Total length: 825cm. * Total width: 150cm. * total height: 300cm. • Designed theoretical capacity is up to 5 tons / hour of mangos.
