The tiltmeter detects rotational movements of the ground and sends an alarm if preset inclination thresholds are exceeded. Installed on the surface of a landslide, it moves together with the ground and signals its movements. G1-Tilt is equipped with an on-off sensor which is activated only when a pre-selected inclination is exceeded. Tiltmeter housed in IP68 housing. A network of tiltmeters can be connected via radio to an alarm management system (data logger) or drive other local equipment (traffic lights or alarm sirens). In the presence of a GPRS modem it is possible to send a remote alarm via email or SMS messages. Can be integrated into early warning system landslide alarm systems.
