OverviewThe HVG-PR Pirani thermal vacuum gauge measures pressure from atmosphere down to 0.1 mTorr (1.3 x 10-4 mbar / 1.3 x 10-2 Pa). It uses the same precision Pirani sensor technology as the HVG-2020B and is supplied in a compact, cost-efficient package suited to OEM use, system integration and process automation.
