The Tempatron FLDT liquid level detector is designed for differential or single point detection of liquid levels. The output relay will energise when the liquid level falls below the 'low' level and de-energise when it rises above the 'high' level. Alternatively, by shorting the high and low probes the detector can be used for single point detection. The adjustable sensitivity control enables use in a wide range of conductive liquids. The liquid level detector is housed in a compact DIN48 square enclosure which can either panel mount or surface/DIN rail mount to a socket and it is auxiliary powered from either 110Vac or 230Vac. The 5 Amp rated single pole changeover relay output contact is isolated from the supply voltage and the FLDT has two LEDs to indicate both power and relay status.
