Overview
The Finlay C-1550P is a self-propelled mobile cone crushing plant built around the proven Finlay 1300 cone crusher with direct drive. The machine offers an optional patent-pending single-deck pre-screen (2.45 x 1.52 m) to remove or bypass fines, an integrated chute system to divert or reintroduce fines, and telematics (T-Link) as standard on applicable units.

Design & Operation

• Tracked, self-propelled cone plant with large hopper/feeder and automated metal detection plus purge chute to protect the cone and reduce downtime.
• Optional pre-screen module (single deck 2.45 m x 1.52 m) to remove fines before the cone chamber.
• Hydraulically adjustable feed conveyor for operation with pre-screen or direct feed to the cone.
• Fuel-efficient direct drive transmission via wet clutch with variable speed cone drive and electronic monitoring.
• Hydraulic tramp relief system with automatic reset for chamber protection.
• Integrated chute system enabling bypass or reintroduction of fines to optimise throughput and reduce liner wear.

• Cone crusher: Terex 1300 cone chamber (1300 mm / 52") with mantle/concave wear indicators; medium-coarse concave configuration; CSS adjustable during operation (min 24 mm — max 44 mm).
• Undercarriage: robust tracked undercarriage; track shoe width 500 mm, tracking speed ~1.1 km/h, gradeability ~25°.

Telematics
T-Link telematics hardware and software are fitted as standard on applicable machines to provide remote monitoring and machine performance data (subscription terms apply).
