The Finlay C-1540RS tracked cone crusher provides combined crushing and sizing on a single tracked chassis. Based on the Finlay C-1540, this variant includes an on-board recirculating conveyor and a detachable double-deck sizing screen that can be removed quickly without lifting equipment for open-circuit operation.

Key features

• Detachable 12’ x 5’ (3.66 m x 1.52 m) double-deck sizing screen returns oversize material to the crusher via the on-board recirculating conveyor.
• Quick-detachable screen and fines conveyor for fast conversion to open circuit crushing.
• Optional mid-grade conveyor combined with optional lower deck screen produces a second specification product.
