Self-sufficient IoT gateway for storage and automatic transmission of measurement data from sites without external power supply. Delivered pre-registered in the NIVUS WebPortal for plug & play commissioning.

Product description
The NIVULINK MICRO II stores measurement data locally and transmits it via mobile networks (2G/3G/4G). It supplies connected sensors using three internal batteries providing up to 7 years of operation (measurement hourly, transmission daily). The device supports installation in Ex zone 1 and enables integration of decentralized measuring points into the customer’s control system or the NIVUS WebPortal.

Operation modes and interfaces
Up to four universal inputs configurable as analogue or digital. Integrated HART interface for compatible sensors. Counter input for pulse meters. Event mode offers higher temporal resolution with configurable upper and lower thresholds and can be triggered via digital input. Integrated alarm management enables local alarm handling.

Environment & enclosure
IP68-rated enclosure suitable for harsh environments and outdoor installation.
