OverviewThe ADC128S102 is a low-power, eight-channel CMOS 12-bit successive-approximation-register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter with an internal track-and-hold. It accepts up to eight single-ended inputs (IN0–IN7) in a multiplexed configuration and delivers straight-binary serial output compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and common DSP serial interfaces. The device supports independent analog (VA) and digital (VD) supplies and is specified for conversion rates from 500 ksps to 1 MSPS.
