Product overviewThe M-ring Type ME is an axial static sealing element designed for SMS clamp connections and flanges used in hygienic applications. It is supplied in food-grade elastomers and PTFE compounds suitable for contact with foodstuffs. Available compounds comply with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 / 21 CFR 177.1550 and, depending on the material, with BfR recommendation XXI, USP Class VI and 3-A Sanitary Standards.
