Overview
The Back-up Ring BG features a slotted rectangular profile turned from virgin PTFE. Its design and ease of assembly make it particularly suitable for closed grooves and general installations where extrusion protection of elastomeric seals is required. Back-up rings are manufactured to match groove height exactly; the required groove width increases by the ring thickness.
