Automatic coating application system CVR 1600

Overview
The CVR 1600 series automatic painting system consists of an automatic painting unit installed in a purpose-shaped and equipped paint booth, forming a single transportable and quickly installable unit. The painting unit mounted at the top of the booth automatically coats parts fixed on the workpiece holder frame. The frame is manually placed on the supports and rotates while the spray gun advances, ensuring even paint distribution on all surfaces. At cycle end the frame is released from its guards and can be removed and replaced with another frame for subsequent painting.
