Overview
The FC series drying ovens are intended for industrial thermal processes requiring uniform temperature distribution. Typical applications include the optical industry, goldsmithing, electromechanics and electronics for baking, curing, drying and softening operations. The units deliver low operational noise (< 80 dBA) and are manufactured in compliance with UNI EN 1539:2010 for dryers and ovens where flammable substances may be released. Working temperatures are stated up to 270 °C; the specific models listed below indicate a maximum of 200 °C.

The oven is supplied with:

• door, chamber and shelving in stainless steel;
• double-wall construction with rock wool thermal insulation;
• retractable shelves with sliding rails;
• electric heaters with finned resistances mounted on the bottom (low surface power);
• insulated door with double hermetic seal and high-temperature gasket;
• forced ventilation system for uniform airflow;
• exhaust air valve;
• temperature controller and digital thermometer with membrane keypad;
• electric timer (0–120 min) with delayed start after reaching operating temperature;
