Drying unit MAV 12

Description
The MAV 12 manual paint drying unit maintains freshly painted frames in controlled rotation to promote uniform paint distribution prior to the drying phase. Designed for finishing departments and small-scale production, it provides a compact, transportable solution for flash-off of solvent and waterborne coatings.

Features

• Cabin constructed of aluminized steel sheet panels on a load-bearing frame; four wheels mounted under the supporting frame for transport.
• Doors folding type with aluminum profiles and Lexan panels.
• Suction rear connection located at the upper section for extraction.
• Filtration resin filter positioned in the lower section with quick-release access.
• Frame rotation with 12 rotating supports fitted with clutches to hold workpieces.
