Description

Product overview
Ovens of the FCV 100 series are designed for low-temperature drying of inserted parts using continuous circulation of hot air generated by a side-mounted heat generator. Maximum operating temperature: 100 °C.

Standard supply
  • Perimeter casing and roof: special sandwich panels composed of pre-painted white RAL 9010 steel sheets with an internal core of Class 0 polyurethane foam (ITC D.M.26.06.84), providing thermal and acoustic insulation. Ovens can be installed directly on a concrete floor or on insulated flooring depending on site requirements.
  • Access doors: manual or automatic front access doors.
  • Hot air generator and circulation: generator located on one side of the oven. Forced recirculation by one or more high-temperature electric fans mounted outside the casing. Air is introduced into the lower/upper part of the oven via insulated ducting between oven and generator, with regulation by adjustable deflectors. Air is extracted from the upper/lower part through a filter to clean recirculated air. Heating can be provided by electric resistors or by a heat exchanger with a gas burner. The oven includes an overheating safety thermostat set above operating temperature and an adjustable timer (0–30 min) for delayed fan shutdown to allow exchanger cooling after burner stop.
  • Electrical panel: located outside the oven in a sealed cabinet.
