Overview
The FCV 250 series drying ovens enable processing of loaded parts through continuous hot air circulation. Designed for maximum operating temperature up to 250 °C, the units use forced air recirculation with high-temperature electric fans mounted outside the casing. Heating can be provided by electric resistors or by a heat exchanger with a gas burner. Safety and control features include an overheating thermostat and an adjustable timer for delayed fan shutdown.

Ovens are supplied complete with

• Perimeter casing in aluzink steel sheet panels with double metal casing and mineral wool insulation; panels 145 mm thick with thermal break and internal load-bearing frame with joint covers for compactness and mechanical strength.
• Access doors — front-opening doors constructed like the perimeter panels, fitted with anti-panic handle and rubber perimeter seal.
• Hot air generator located on one side with forced recirculation via one or more high-temperature electric fans mounted outside the casing; insulated ducting with adjustable deflectors for air distribution and extraction through a suitable filter. Heating by electric resistors or heat exchanger with gas burner. Overheating safety thermostat and adjustable timer (0–30 min) for delayed fan shutdown.
• Electrical panel housed outside in a watertight cabinet with IP55 protection.
