Description

Product Overview
RA900 is a dual‑laser stereolithography (SLA) 3D printer engineered for tyre mould mass production. It provides a 950 × 550 × 400 mm build volume and can produce four medium‑sized tread moulds within 36 h (typically < 10 h per mould), replacing conventional CNC workflows that require 2–3 weeks. The system includes UnionTech's UT‑ONE software for one‑click nesting and automated support generation. Typical metrology: surface roughness Ra < 3.5 µm, dimensional accuracy ±0.08 mm, roundness deviation < 0.05 mm and point deviation < 95%, meeting requirements for ventless, insert‑free tyre moulds. Continuous‑run yield exceeds 95%, supporting zero‑inventory and lot‑size‑one production.

Key Features
  • Ultra‑fine printing: Surface roughness Ra < 3.5 µm; roundness deviation ≤ 0.05 mm; dimensional accuracy ±0.08 mm; point deviation < 95%; optimized for complex tire tread geometries.
  • Efficient production: Dual‑laser configuration and large build volume (950 × 550 × 400 mm) enable printing of up to 4 tire base molds simultaneously.
  • Operational stability: Continuous operational yield > 95%; enclosed optical path design for long‑term stability.
  • Intelligent operation: UT‑ONE 'One for All' workflows for automatic part placement, automatic support generation and production scheduling.
