The VTB300 series Butterfly valve is different from others since it is available in many different models. Therefore it is suitable for use in many different industrial enviroments and media. The body is standard from Nodulair Cast Iron or carbon steel with an epoxy coating, also Alu-bronze and SS316 ara available, the Disc can be in GGG40, Carbon steel kanigen coated, SS316, Aluminium-bronze, EPDM coated, Hastelloy C, Monel K, Titanium. The Seats are in: Buna black or white, EPDM black or white, Natural rubber, Neopreen, Viton, Silicone, PTFE, EPDM high temperature. Wafer- and Lug type available. PN6/10/16, ANSI150. DN40 up to DN 1200. Also with pneumatic- or electric actuation. Main features and benefits Corrosion and abrasion resistant, only the seat & disc in contact with the medium. Self cleaning and bi-directional (therefore valve can be mounted in both directions of medium). Maximum ease of assembly and maintenance no additional seals are required for mounting between the flanges, nor lubrication. ISO 5211 mountingflange, adaptability to any type of pneumatic or electric actuator. Disc of special design in order to ensure ample full flow, low pressure drops, and minimum turbulence. Good adjustment characteristic. Protection on the valve outer parts against corrosion by epoxy or polyurethane coating.
