Product description
This winch with Honda petrol engine uses a positive drive with a free-engaging rope drum instead of a V-belt drive. It is primarily used to blow messenger lines into cable protection ducts and then to pull in larger winch pulling ropes. It can also be used to pull smaller cables such as fiber-optic cables, subducts (microducts) or power cables. The split rope drum is quick and easy to replace. Rope capacity: up to 1100 m Ø4 or 750 m Ø5. The winch is transportable on two pneumatic wheels in a wheelbarrow layout.

Functions / Versions
The winch is available in two versions: with a dynamometer featuring an adjustable maximum load and automatic shut-off, or prepared for an electronic recorder MP 50 (not included) that digitally displays and stores pull force, length and speed (m/min). Data can be transferred to a PC or laptop via USB. For safety reasons the winch is limited to 5.0 kN on the lowest rope lane.

Safety and operating features
The messenger-line winches are equipped with a hand rope guide and a rope protection hood in accordance with accident prevention regulations. The winch with dynamometer can be optionally equipped with a mechanical length meter (Code 232380, SLM 510). The electronic recorder includes length and speed measurement.

• The types SBS 510DL and 510ML, operating at half speed, are particularly suitable for sensitive cable-pulling jobs.
