The IntelliJet is the first semi-automatic cable blowing system equipped with a blowing assistant and electronic blow-data storage, now in series production. It facilitates the installation of miniature fiber optic cables and improves installation quality for both installers and clients.

• Continuous measurement, display and control of the thrust force applied to the cable by the drive system.
• Real-time comparison of thrust force with the maximum allowable value determined by crash tests and specified in cable data sheets.
• Secondary assistant monitors cable slip to detect feeding anomalies.
• Operators receive warnings and recommended countermeasures when approaching critical ranges; the system automatically stops if limits are exceeded to prevent cable damage.
• Comprehensive electronic blowing protocol with data export for documentation and traceability.

Data logging and compliance
The system produces a clear blowing protocol with electronic data transfer. It fulfils Deutsche Telekom’s minimum requirements for automatic logging and supports more advanced requirements for automated blowing processes.

The IntelliJet is available as a new unit or as an upgrade path from the proven MiniJet system, and it is designed to accommodate future automation stages.
