The TSPF mount is designed to reduce structural transmission of sound via the legs a piano (grand or upright) to the floor, thus minimizing disturbance to other occupants in the building. The upper brass plate is sized to accommodate most piano casters, thus making it unnecessary to remove them. The rubber components isolate the vibrations produced by the piano, stabilize the piano, and protect the floor by distributing the weight over a larger surface.
