Our Part Threaded Coach Bolts, or Carriage Bolt as they are also known, are manufactured to DIN 603 from high performance stainless steel, which provides an excellent level of resistance and strength across medium to heavy loads. Coach Bolt's particular shape allows them to lock into a square hole, preventing rotation when locking from the threaded end. The large head also spreads the forces over a large surface area which is useful when joining softer materials such as wood. The smooth dome head also provides a clean aethetic finish. Most commonly used in conjunction with Washers and Nuts, these products are used to hold fasteners in place, joining two or more parts together. We also offer Socket Head Screws and Machine Screws. Our Part Threaded Carriage Bolts are available in A2 (Equivalent to 304) or A4 (Equivalent to 316 Marine Grade) Stainless Steel in metric sizes from M5 x 12 to M16 x 200.
