Stainless Steel Slotted Knurled Thumb Screw DIN 465 Our Stainless Steel Slotted Knurled Thumb Screws, or Slotted Knurled Hand Screw as they are also known, are manufactured to DIN 464 from high performance stainless steel, which provides an excellent level of resistance and strength across medium to heavy loads. The large head accompanied with the knurled circumference allows for this fastener to be tightened and untightened by hand, without the use of tools. This variant comes with a slot to allow to tooled fastening to achieve a higher torqued screw. Most commonly used in conjunction with Washers and Nuts, these products pare used to hold fasteners in place, joining two or more parts together. We also offer Knurled Thumb Screws, Knurled Thumb Nuts and Wing Nuts. Our Knurled Thumb Screws are available in A1 Stainless Steel in metric sizes.
