Our Stainless Steel Weld Studs are manufactured to ISO 13918 from high performance stainless steel, which provides an excellent level of resistance and strength across medium to heavy loads. These Weld Studs are designed for us in capacitor discharge stud welding, to add a threaded stud to metal surfaces. During installation the tip of the studding is melted to form a strong welded bond to the surface material. Most commonly used in conjunction with Washers and Nuts. Our Weld Studs are available in A2 (Equivalent to 304) Stainless Steel in meter lengths of metric sizes M3 x 6mm to M10 x 60mm.
