OverviewThe BioUnit is a railway bioreactor toilet cleaning and disposal system designed for efficient, environmentally conscious cleaning of on-board bioreactor wastewater treatment systems. It supports mechanical, chemical and thermal cleaning and is available in mobile or stationary configurations to meet operational requirements.
Key benefits- Designed specifically for cleaning on-board bioreactor wastewater treatment systems
- Fully automated operation with multiple service programs
- Integrated descaling for bioreactor collecting tanks
- Available in mobile and stationary configurations adapted to customer requirements
How bioreactor cleaning worksBioreactors use biological processes to break down organic waste. Cleaning combines mechanical high-pressure flushing, chemical treatment when required and thermal disinfection. The BioUnit facilitates solids separation, biological reduction stages and final disinfection in line with bioreactor operation.
