The remote monitoring system for rail vehicles
VEBSys monitors depot equipment and transmits operating data live to an online control center. It captures and documents the status of facilities such as washing bays, brake test rigs, point heating, water supply, air pressure and central pumping systems. VEBSys records live status information from Vogelsang units (e.g. suction in vacuum systems, heating status of supply/disposal units) and can include compatible third-party devices. Integrated AIRBag or VEBSys modules provide local control and status monitoring.

Application as web-based fault portal
VEBSys offers an online fault portal that displays facility status in real time. Facilities report operating states to the VEBSys data center (for example via GSM using connected modules). Information is presented on the portal and, when thresholds are reached, automated alarm notifications are sent so maintenance teams can react quickly and limit downtime.

Extended monitoring / Authorization & Control
VEBSys provides optional modules for user authorization and for control of connected equipment. These modules restrict access to defined user groups, record user activity and generate reports for quality control and billing. For supply and disposal TUnits, VEBSys can control hose valves to prevent freshwater contamination caused by operator error.
