How it works / Practical details
The PierPump is compact in design so it does not require much berth space. Operators connect the extraction hose to the boat’s tank and start the pump; emptying typically takes less than 5 minutes. The pump is a fully enclosed system, preventing odours from escaping during use. Vogelsang rotary lobe pumps used in PierPump models are protected against dry running and have strong suction properties. The QuickService design concept simplifies maintenance and shortens downtime. Optional electric heating is available for safe outdoor operation in freezing temperatures.
