Walther Flender can offer you a top-class product range: High-performance v-belts that exceed all requirements for performance, smooth running and belt speeds and are thus, together with Walther Flender v-belt pulleys, ideal drive elements for a wide range of drive tasks. As PowerBand® v-belts are multi-belts, this makes them the optimum drive element where individual belts buffet, twist or escape the pulley grooves – for example in drives that are subjected to impacts. The power belts are made up of several v-belts that are held together by a robust back cover. Walther Flender can offer you three types of v-belt specially for use in drives subjected to heavy strain: The open-edged, cogged narrow v-belt Quad-Power® as a PowerBand® and the sheathed narrow v-belt/standard v-belt as power belts with the classic Super HC® & Hi-Power profile. Our comprehensive range of high-performance v-belts can carry out almost any drive task. The Powerband® v-belts are particularly suitable for use in construction machines and shredders. An optimum belt selection for v-belt drives can never be made across the board; it must be based on the individual requirements of the application in question.
