Description

Application Areas:
PNMF stainless-steel disc-type pulverizer is designed for continuous powder processing of thermoplastics including PE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PP, PS, ABS, EVA, PET and nylons. Suitable for masterbatch production, compounding and recycling workflows requiring 20–120 mesh output.

Description:
The PNMF series uses a vertically fixed grinding disc and a concentric high-speed rotating disc to achieve efficient centrifugal grinding. The machine body and processing cavity are manufactured in 304 stainless steel to prevent iron contamination. Powder is evacuated by blower and collected via cyclone. Disc diameters are available from 300 to 800 mm, with modular blade configurations (one-piece or segmented) to match material characteristics.

  • Vibratory feeder: ensures even feeding and includes strong magnetism to capture metal contaminants.
  • 304 stainless-steel pulverizer cavity: prevents iron filings and preserves powder purity.
