Description

Universal pulverizer process flow: 1.Raw material feeding: The raw materials to be processed are evenly fed into the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper. Adjust the feeding speed and particle size according to the hardness and crushing requirements of the raw materials. 2.High speed grinding: After entering the crushing chamber, the raw materials are subjected to the impact and shear action of high-speed rotating grinding mechanisms such as hammers and blades. The hammer and blade are made of high-quality stainless steel material, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, ensuring stable grinding effect. During the grinding process, the raw materials are rapidly refined to the desired particle size range. 3.Particle size classification: The ground material is subjected to particle size classification through a sieve. The aperture of the sieve can be adjusted according to production needs to meet the requirements of products with different particle sizes. Materials with qualified particle size enter the collection device through a sieve, while materials with unqualified particle size are returned to the grinding room for further grinding.
