Description

Overview
Custom-built chocolate melting machines with water-jacket (indirect) heating for uniform temperature control and no scorching. Constructed entirely from SS304 food-grade stainless steel. Available in single, double and triple container configurations. Capacity ranges shown on product cards are 1–50 kg per batch; machines can be supplied from 1 litre up to 36 litres depending on configuration and application.
